There were reports that the director together with his brother, Jonathan has been allegedly secretly checking potential filming locations in France for the upcoming movie.

Warner Bros. announced on Monday that the film's cast will include stars such as Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance, Kenneth Branagh and several unidentified actors to participate.

Rylance was a Golden Globe nominee for "Bridge of Spies," while Hardy starred for "The Revenant" and Branagh acted for Disney's "Cinderella."|

Christoper Nolan's 2017 movie will be filmed using a mixture of IMAX 65mm and 65mm large format to produce the highest picture quality, which was also used for "The Dark Knight" and his 2014 science-fiction film "Interstellar."
