Sandra Bullock adopted another child to join her family.

"When I look at Laila, there's no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here," Sandra Bullock, 51, said according to People.

Laila is a three-and-a-half-year old girl from Louisiana and has been under foster care before she got adopted by Sandra Bullock. The actress' second child and daughter, Laila was first revealed in People Magazine.

She believes that their family photos in People Magazine might show positiveness for 415,129 children under foster care, which was shot by photographer Bryan Randall whom she's currently dating.

"My family is blended and diverse, nutty, and loving and understanding," Sandra Bullock said according to E! News. "That's a family," she added.

Sandra Bullock also adopted her first son Louis who is now five years old in 2010 whom was ready to welcome another member in the family. She shared about how Laila was doing with regards on her adoption and said, "I knew she was scared, and all I wanted was for her to know Louis and I weren't going anywhere," according to USA Today.

She shared that she  is trying to raise her first adopted son, Louis into a good man that respects and values women despite the media's unending attack doubting females to raise a son.

Actress, Sandra Bullock also shared how he handled a conversation about race with Louis, which the kid is fully open-minded. She said that, "He doesn't understand why people judge each other based on color of the skin, but he knows that they do," according to Entertainment Weekly.

She felt that she gets to meet the right children in the right time, when she adopted her kids. Even before Laila got adopted, she fostered her and protected her identity.

"Unbeknownst to me, a photographer had followed us and taken a photo of us in line," Sandra Bullock said according to People. The following day, Laila's photo was all around the world, which concerns her since she pledged to legally protect her from that kind of incident and went "begging" for lawyers to keep her away from harm.

Sandra Bullocks two adopted children's story can be an inspiration of hope for all foster kids in the U.S who were taken from their own homes under difficult situations and she feels that it's her job to keep them safe. according to sources.
