On October 15th, Japan's TV Asahi·ANN comprehensive news program "Hodo Station" aired an exclusive interview with Min Hee-jin, former CEO of ADOR. In this interview, Min addressed several topics related to her current situation and future plans for the K-pop girl group NewJeans.

Min revealed that NewJeans had been scheduled for a comeback in early next year, hinting at possible changes to these plans due to the ongoing situation. Despite the current challenges, she expressed determination to overcome difficulties, stating, "Although I'm in a floating state, I have a plan to overcome these hardships".

Addressing her current role, Min described her position as ambiguous, being neither a producer nor CEO but an in-house director. She also shared her concerns about potentially being accused of breach of contract, indicating the complex legal situation she finds herself in.

Min touched upon her long-term vision for NewJeans, mentioning, "I have to play the role of her mother," suggesting her deep involvement and care for the group's future. This statement aligns with her previously expressed seven-year plan for the group.

The interview comes amidst ongoing conflicts between Min and HYBE, NewJeans' parent company. It has garnered significant attention in the industry, especially given the current legal disputes.

Following the interview's broadcast, HYBE issued a statement refuting Min's claims, calling them "ridiculous false claims". This response indicates the continuing tension between the two parties.

While Min Hee-jin's interview reveals her ongoing commitment to NewJeans' future, the realization of these plans remains uncertain due to the current legal disputes with HYBE.
