Paul Walker's father sued car manufacturer Porsche for his son's death, on Wednesday.

The lawsuit against Porsche points out that the car lacks a stability control system, breakaway fuel line, and side-door reinforcements, which are safety features the car should have.

Paul Walker's father, Paul William Walker III sued the company because he believes that the Porsche Carrera GT was the reason why his son passed away. These features mentioned in the lawsuit papers could have saved his son's life.

The car accident happened in 2013. Paul Walker and his friend Roger Rodas, who's driving the car, both died when the car crashed into three trees and exploded into flames. Together with Paul Walker's father, Rodas' wife filed the same lawsuit on Wednesday.

Paul Walker's daughter sued Porsche in September for the same case in which Porsche replied in November saying that, "knowingly and voluntarily assumed all risk, perils and danger in respect to the use of the subject 2005 Carrera GT," according to Entertainment Weekly.

"That the perils, risk and dangers were open and obvious and known to him, and that he chose to conduct himself in a manner as to expose himself to such perils, dangers and risks, thus assuming all the risks involved in using the vehicle," the company statement continued.

Porsche said in response that since the car is limited edition, it has been "abused and altered" also "misused and improperly maintained." The company insists that the actor is accounted for his own death, according to The Guardian.

Meadow Walker's attorney, Jeff Milam, said in a statement, "If Porsche had designed the car to include proper safety features, Paul would have survived, he would be filming 'Fast & Furious 8,' and Meadow Walker would have the father she adored," according to USA Today.

Despite all the lawsuits filed against Porsche none of them have been set for trial.
