BTS Jimin

Proven by fans around the world, BTS is more than just an ordinary K-Pop boy group. Their massive good influences, especially to the youth, have motivated many of the group's international fanbases to do something for humanity, no matter how big and small that may be.

As a way to celebrate Easter, US fans of top idol and BTS member Jimin have spearheaded a virtual Easter event. This was not just a way to celebrate Easter and spread their love for Jimin. This event was more than that. The main highlight of this event was to help spread positivity and hope during these trying times.

The fanbase named Park Jimin USA also donated to charities Save the Children (going to its children's Emergency Fund) and UNICEF USA, specifically for the children currently suffering in Myanmar and Yemen. The group donated to these charities under Park Jimin's name. Their heartwarming statement was, "The heart of Easter is giving to others."

Park Jimin USA also encouraged Jimin fans in the US and all around the world to do their part in order to make the world a better place.

In a report on August 2020, Jimin made a generous donation of 100 million won to students in the Jeolla province. This also started the establishment of the BTS Jimin Scholarship, which amounts to 108 million won. The amount will also be used to fund outstanding talents in art in Jeonnam for three years. He has also generously made a donation of 100 million won to the Busan Metropolitan City of Education back in April 2019.

Various BTS-related fanbases have been doing charity and donation drives over the years, helping people and the country bounce back in these hard times. This will definitely continue over the years due to the great help and donations BTS has given to many while in the hype of their career.
