BTS' Jungkook is the newest on the list of K-Pop stars who are able to invest in luxurious properties in South Korea. According to allkpop, he spent a whopping 7.63 billion Korean won to buy the house located near the Indian embassy.

The 23-year-old Jungkook is one of the vocalists of BTS, where he is the youngest member. He is known for his songs "My Time," "Euphoria," and his composed song "Your Eyes Tell."

The property owned by the K-Pop singer is located in Itaewon, the posh area in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, known for its luxurious dining and nightlife locations, with Korean barbecue restaurants, upscale bistros, and low-key kebab dining areas that cater to the late-night crowd. It is where you people can also find casual beer bars and dance clubs.

The new house consists of two floors across 230.72 square meters of land area. His new property is also located around five minutes away from Nine One Hannam, a luxury apartment complex located in Hannam-dong. This area has been known to the fans as the dorm of BTS. However, Jungkook's new property is said to be smaller than Nine One Hannam.

Jungkook's new house is also located in a diplomatic district where foreign diplomats and residents are found. It is near both the Indian and Kuwait embassy, as well as the Samsung Seung Ji.

The area is reportedly chartered by a foreign company. Other celebrities like Rain, Tae-hee Kim, comedian Myung-Soo Park, and award-winning singer Jeong-eum Hwang likewise have properties in the Itaewon area.

He reportedly purchased this new house a few weeks after he sold his luxury apartment, the Trimage complex, in October. The house is said to be built in 1976. It is a single-family home, which means it is detached or a stand-alone house.
