Kids in Quarantine Can Now Enjoy Spotify Kids in the USA, Canada, & France

Spotify Kids is expanding its reach to the USA, Canada, and France. The app, which is still officially in its beta stage, is available only to Premium Family subscribers. 

Spotify Kids offers over 8,000 kid-friendly songs for ages three and up. It also offers 60 hours of audio books, stories, and bed-time content like soft music and lullabies. The USA version of the app will feature 125 playlists with diverse themes including Spanish-language songs, Christian, Soul dance party, Motown, and more, a report from The Verge states. 

The app is customization by age range. Younger kids will experience more character-based themes, singalongs, and lullabies. While the older kids will have more options to follow their favorite artists and access age popular, but age-appropriate, songs. 

Spotify Kids app is parent and kid friendly. Rather than using algorithms to suggest content, the Spotify Kids app hand-curates the content to make sure nothing inappropriate or adult-themed is offered on the app. Some of the curate editors come from big named brands in kid's entertainment, including Nickelodeon, Discovery Kids, Disney, and more.
