‘General Hospital’ Spoilers for July 2-6, 2018: Sonny Gets Close To Being Exposed
General Hospital spoilers for the week of July 2-6 reveal something terrible could be unearthed in the middle of Julian Jerome's (William DeVry) expansion plans. Mike Corbin (Max Gail) makes a startling discovery upon seeing a picture of Charlie's Pub's original owner, Charlie Delaney. Did Mike know Charlie? Regardless, it seems there's a strong connection between the body from Croton and the pub.
Charlie's Pub has stood there for many years, next to Julian's recently purchased lot. With his expansion plans, it's likely there will be some digging involved in order to secure a strong foundation for the new structure.
Sonny's Fears
Considering Port Charles' weather has dropped down, there will be a strong need for the water pipes to be protected, and to do that, it would require digging. The question now is, will they unearth human remains?
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is already close to madness trying to prevent his secret from being revealed. Though he didn't exactly commit the murder, he was the one who buried the weapon along with the body. Now, he's worried that his DNA may still be left on the gun.
Will Mike Go Down with Sonny?
By now, Sonny DNA's may have been ruined, so there's a chance he may not be linked to the crime at all. But still, he fears that advanced technology would screw him over, so he's adamant to know what Mike did with the evidence.
If Sonny's fears turn out to be true, a discovery in the middle of the expansion project would be more than disastrous. He could end up in Pentonville, and while Mike knows he didn't actually commit the crime, him helping out could make matters worse. After all, he could be charged as an accessory to the crime, since he took care of the weapon and moved the body.
It's definitely a bad time for Sonny and Mike, so stay tuned for more General Hospital spoilers. GH continues to air on ABC during weekday afternoons.
