The Dragon Ball Super movie is on the way, and it looks like it is aiming to give the anime series' avid fans the quick Dragon Ball fix they are craving for. However, from the looks of it, it might be quite different from what fans used to see from the show.

In fact, the Twitter user @AnimeAjay revealed the Dragon Ball Super movie could be likened to the amusement park ride Dragon Ball Z: The Real 4-D. If it will be based on the film's trailer and promotional images, the netizen believes it has the same "design and philosophies with Goku."

In the video @AnimeAjay shared, it can be noticed that it indeed looks similar to the Dragon Ball Super movie. The characters' designs, on the other hand, also look familiar as it is created with a mixture of the modern charm added with the anime's original look from the '90s. So, fans might feel nostalgic when they see the film, Geek reported.

Meanwhile, in an interview about the movie, Dragon Ball Movie: Front Line, with the Dragon Room chief Akio Iyoku, translated by the Twitter user @Herms98, he revealed what the people behind the Dragon Ball Super movie want to aim for in the film. He said their "big goal" is to release the movie all over the world, so every fan of the anime series can see it.

However, Iyoku admitted that they have to do additional work before the Dragon Ball Super movie is unveiled in different countries. According to Comicbook, there are a lot of hopes that the film will simultaneously be released worldwide as Funimation is able to dub the show in English pretty quickly, but it will still take a lot of work for this to happen.

Iyoku even shared the same sentiment, saying that even if they finish doing the Dragon Ball Super movie, they still have to do a lot of work for its "localization and overseas debut." So, for now, the Dragon Room Chief is eyeing to make the best Dragon Ball film as possible and attract more fans. The much-awaited film is set to be released in December in Japan.
