Aside from their much-awaited comeback, BLACKPINK now joined the other K-pop idols that got 300 million videos on YouTube. Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rose's "As If It's Your Last" has a new milestone creating a record.

On Monday, May 4, BLACKPINK's "As If It's Your Last" got more than 300 million views on YouTube. This comes after "Boombayah" got the same record just last month. The song's clip was first uploaded on June 22, 2017. In only about 50 days, it broke many K-pop records on the video-sharing website by getting 100 million views.

"As If It's Your Last" was also the only K-pop music video that made it in YouTube's 2017 "Top 25 Songs of the Summer global chart," Soompi reported. Other K-pop groups that got more than 300 million views on YouTube are BigBang with their hit songs, "Fantastic Baby" and "Bang Bang Bang," BTS' "DNA," "Fire," and "Dope," and TWICE's "TT."

With the new record BLACKPINK set, YG Entertainment's big boss, Yang Hyun Suk, congratulated Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rose on his Instagram page by posting their photo. Knowing Papa YG, he used hashtags to commend the girls' with "As If It's Your Last" 300 million views on YouTube. Once again, he teased the girls' imminent and much-awaited comeback. "BLACKPINK will be coming back very soon," the image's caption read.

In fact, just last week, several reports revealed BLACKPINK already finished filming their new music video for still an untitled song. Korea Portal earlier reported Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rose just finished working on the production of their upcoming track's music video. This was even confirmed by a source from YG Entertainment. "BLACKPINK began filming their music video," the insider said.

The source even teased BLACKPINK will be featuring a new genre and have prepared themselves for a long time before they make a comeback. The insider then asked Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rose's fans to wait for their official return. The source also revealed the girls already finished recording their new song.

It has been known that Yang Hyun Suk was continuously teasing BLACKPINK's comeback on his Instagram account. In fact, the 48-year-old music executive revealed it will happen this month. He even teased that Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rose will be the third group from YG Entertainment that will be back in the spotlight this year.
