'Attack on Titan' Season 3 Spoilers: Levi's Fighting Scene Hints Intense Human Vs. Human Battle

Attack on Titan Season 3 is about to hit small screens as Funimation has dropped the anime series' first official trailer. Fans got excited to see a glimpse of what is going to happen un the show's new installment. However, they were more surprised to witness Levi in an intense fight scene.

In fact, a fan even edited  Levi's fight scenes in Attack on Titan Season 3's trailer and created one sequence out of it. Moreover, the new season's director, Arifumi Imai, revealed it took him three weeks to animate the more than one-minute promotional video.

Attack on Titan Season 3's trailer showed the intense scenes fans are about to see as a human will be the new installment's villain this time. Imai even said the intensity of the new season is definitely worth all the hard work he put into it. From the looks of it, Levi will be battling against his fellow humans to save everyone. If this will be true, then fans are about to see the most intense battle in the anime series.

Additionally, the anime series' first two seasons' director, Tetsurō Araki, teased fans should definitely watch Attack on Titan Season 3. "We really enjoyed making the anime and felt it turned out well in the end," he said, per Comic Book

At the time, he even said they were going to put their best efforts to make the upcoming new installment. He even teased fans should look forward to Season 3 to see if the man with the glasses will play a major role if everyone is going to survive, and if somebody is going to die.

Meanwhile, Attack on Titan Season 3 will feature a lot of returning characters and some new faces as well. The anime series' first official trailer also revealed the coming of Kenny the Ripper and the start of the "Uprising" story arc.

On Twitter, the anime series' producer, Kyojin Shingeki, also revealed that Attack on Titan Season 3's episode count would be extended to two cour (24 episodes). It is twice the number of the previous season's episode count. Lastly, Kodansha, Funimation, Wit Studio, and Production IG revealed, per Bleeding Cool, the much-awaited new installment is going to be released on July 22, 2018.
