‘Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2’ Cast Attend Premiere; Harrelson Goes In Character!

The "Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2" cast is currently promoting the film in Europe. In their Paris photocall, Woody Harrelson showed up in his pajamas while his cast mates are in suits and gowns, according to ET Online.

Harrelson plays hunger games champion-turned-mentor, Haymitch Abernathy. His character is a laid-back alcoholic who is more into comfortable clothing, just like what the actor was wearing at the event. To be exact, he donned "flannel pajama pants, a long-sleeved T-shirt, and nothing but patterned gray socks on his feet, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Unlike Harrelson, the other "Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2" cast are dressing up to impress. Actress Jennifer Lawrence who plays the lead character Katniss Everdeen "stole the show in a flowing white Christian Dior gown and a Katniss-inspired updo," as reported by POPSUGAR.

Harrelson's "slumber party chic" look is not a knock on his fashion sense, as he was clearly "in character" during the event, not even bothering to wear shoes. His character, Haymitch Abernathy, was "independently wealthy," that he spends most of his time "intoxicated to the point of embarrassment," according to a Good Reads character profile.

Harrelson cleaned up well after the photo call, suiting up later in the evening for the actual premiere, according to ET Online. He was wearing an unbuttoned grey coat, matching grey pants, and a blue striped shirt underneath.

The "Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2" cast is touring Europe not only to promote the show, but also to kick-off the worldwide screening of franchise's last film. They started things off in Berlin, followed by London, and then Paris, according to POPSUGAR.

After a weeklong European tour, The "Mockingjay Part 2" final stop will be in Los Angeles on Nov. 16, and will also signal the North American release of the film, according to Quarter Quell.
