It seems to be the Miley Cyrus-Liam Hemsworth wedding is all set. The couple, however, remains mum about the details of their highly-anticipated nuptials. It is expected to be a unique wedding as reports indicated that Cyrus has laid out different wedding plans to come up with a nuptial that is fitting of her personality.

Reports indicated that the Malibu hitmaker wants to walk down the aisle on her own timetable and on the way she likes it. Apparently, Cyrus wishes to have a ranch wedding to pay respect to her roots. She also wants it to be an intimate family affair which is the reason why they are not revealing to the public the details of the wedding.

"Miley has come up with all sorts of different wedding plans. She is always creative and thinking of new ideas that will make her experience different," the source told Entertainment Tonight.

Rumors emerged last year that the two were already married when The Last Song stars were spotted wearing matching wedding-style bands. However, it appeared that the shiny hardware of their fingers is just "promise rings" of their commitment to each other. But now, Cyrus and the Hunger Games actor are more committed to each other than ever as they are prepared to tie the knot soon.

"They have been in love for almost nine years, but the timing has never been right until now. Their massive careers, their ages, and their families' input has kept them from getting married," the insider said.

It looks like their respective families have been a major factor in their decision to finally exchange "I do." Apparently, Cyrus' parents have high respect for Hemsworth but the actor's parents initially have some doubts about the singer. But since the pop superstar has turned her back from her wild and raunchy days and admitted that she already quit smoking weed, Cyrus finally won the hearts of the Hemsworth family.

No one really knows about the details of the Miley Cyrus-Liam Hemsworth wedding expect for themselves and perhaps their families. Even their friends will only be informed about the when and where of the nuptial literally right before it happens.

"She [Cyrus] hasn't announced anything because she is being very secretive, so only their friends will know, and at the very last minute. This time they are doing everything their own way," the insider revealed.

The source is referring to the time when the two first got engaged in 2012. At the time, the couple felt the pressure to have an extravagant wedding which eventually strained their relationship and led to breaking up in 2013. The 25-year-old singer and Hemsworth rekindled their romance in 2016. Subsequently, their engagement was confirmed when Cyrus was spotted wearing the very same Neil Lane engagement ring that Hemsworth gave her back in 2012.
