‘How To Get Away With Murder’ Season 4 Spoilers: A Discovered Flash Drive Reveals Shocking Truth Surrounding Wes’ Murder

Wes' (Alfred Enoch) death is still creating headlines for How To Get Away With Murder Season 4. Earlier, it was revealed that Laurel's (Karla Souza) biological dad, Jorge (Esai Morales) was involved in killing her beau, Wes. Now the viewers are going to know lots of new things surrounding his murder in the upcoming episode 14 titled The Day Before He Died.

In How To Get Away With Murder Season 4's previous episode titled Lahey v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, one missing link to the puzzle of Wes' unexpected killing surfaced. Everyone knew only Laurel's father, Jorge, was against his daughter's relationship with Wes. The previous episode showed that even Laurel's mother, Sandrine (Lolita Davidovich), also shared the same views as her husband's regarding their daughter's relationship with Wes. However, it is not revealed if she was also involved in taking his life.

Sandrine bribed Wes to stay away from his daughter

Sandrine finally admitted in the previous episode that she paid Wes $100,000 to just stay away from Laurel. When an associate attorney in Annalise's (Viola Davis) firm, Bonnie (Liza Weil),  made an effort to look for the evidence of the money transfer or handover, she reached a dead end. 

Frank (Chiarlie Weber) is assisting Bonnie in investigating this critical case. Although he is not a lawyer, he is known for handling special duties requiring discretion. Bonnie already made a decision to inform Laurel about the bribe, but Frank suggested to her to search everything minutely before informing her.

A flash drive discovered at Wes's residence

Bonnie didn't turn her deaf ear to Frank and both searched Wes' apartment for any evidence. Finally, they discovered a flash drive in his room, which contains the entire recorded conversation including the offers that Sandrine made to Wes.

The recording conversation revealed that Sandrine's conversation with Wes, mainly how she offered him the large amount to keep a huge distance from her daughter. However, he said to her on that night that he would inform Laurel about their secret meeting.

According to The Futon Critic, Laurel will discover new details about the night Wes was murdered that would lead to a surprising confrontation. But the website didn't reveal what the "new details" could be. However, Frank played the recording when Laurel reached. Now the spoilers suggest that she will come to know more in details what happened to her beau, Wes on that night.
