‘Tomb Raider’ Game Details To Be Released At E3 2018
The video gamers will be quite happy to know a new Tomb Raider game is in process. Square Enix has already confirmed with refreshed fervor while sharing the news for the gamers.
The initial Tomb Raider was released on March 5, 2013 for the platforms like PlayStation 3, Microsoft Windows and Xbox One. Later, the game acquired its presence on OS X and Linux. The previous version reconstructed the origins of the fictional character, Lara Croft, who is the main protagonist of the franchise.
Is Shadow of the Tomb Raider the game's actual title?
Square Enix hasn't confirmed the game's title yet but revealed that their journey will begin with a major event in 2018. They said that they can't simply wait to take the video game aficionados to Lara's defining adventure. Plenty of new surprises related to the game will be presented at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2018 (or E3 2018) that is set to take place between June 12 to 14. Even the release date is expected to be announced at E3 2018.
As mentioned above, Square Enix did not officially name the Tomb Raider game but a previous leak from unnamed sources suggest that the title will be Shadow of the Tomb Raider viral. The recent official statement completely rejected such title saying that the company has not even thought of it (the game title), also mentioned by Daily Star.
Tomb Raider movie must be inspiring for women
While fans will have to wait for the untitled Tomb Raider game for a couple of months to get more details, the new upcoming movie in the same name casting Alicia Vikander as Lara will give a high level of entertainment. Set to release on March 16 this year, the movie will also show the protagonist Lara as a young girl to be played by Maisy De Freitas. The viewers will undoubtedly feel amazing seeing their favorite character growing up and acquiring the power to fight against the odds.
According to Ultra GamerZ, the movie is going to be action-packed exactly from the moment it starts. The trailer emphasizes for women empowerment by showing Lara taking on "Trinity" all by herself.
