Multiple speculations suggest Blizzard Entertainment is working on Diablo 4 since long, whereas the avid gamers of the Diablo franchise are waiting to see the release of the fourth installment of the franchise.

Blizzard Entertainment needs top officials for multiple positions

Recent updates encircling the development of Diablo 4 suggest that Blizzard Entertainment is searching for an associate producer and creative director - the two most vital posts to carry forward the making of a new video game. The American video game developer based in California's Irvine needs a creative director to "steer strategic creative decisions at the franchise level" and associate producer to "manage the project," as reported by SegmentNext. As far as the working progress on Diablo 4 is concerned, there is no official confirmation that Blizzard Entertainment will be positively working on it. However, there is a big chance that the studio may be working on the expansion of Diablo 3. But Diablo lovers have high reliability on Blizzard Entertainment to roll the fourth installment out in the near future.

Blizzard's huge profit expectation from Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2

The studio was quick to announce its plan in December last year that highly intensified the gamers' expectation. A report from CNBC stated that the studio is expected to sell around 15 million units with a declaration that the company would release the next Diablo game between the period 2019 and 2020, although the exact term Diablo 4 was directly not used.

The report further stated that the sequel to Overwatch would confront 20 million units sold in 2020. An estimation from Goldman Sachs claimed that the video game developer would generate earnings of $3.04 per share from Diablo 4 and $3.4 from Overwatch 2 in 2019 and 2020 respectively.

Diablo 3 Season 13 is live now

A wonderful news for the video game aficionados is that Diablo 3 Season 13 is presently live on all platforms. The players can have it on the common platforms such as PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. It began on Friday, February 23 at 5 pm CET in Europe, 5 pm PST in North America and 5 pm KST in Asia.
