Rumors have been making rounds that DreamCatcher was tapped to join Yang Hyun Sik's forthcoming show on JTBC. The tittle-tattles were then fueled even more after some eagle-eyed fans spotted the members of the said girl group on "Mix Nine"s trailer. Now, to put a stop to the rumors, the group's agency released a statement.

According to Soompi, Happyface Entertainment affirmed the reports about DreamCatcher through its fan cafe. The agency said that the fans will indeed get to see the South Korean girl group's members on the upcoming JTBC show. The agency also revealed that the members of the group are already prepping themselves up so they can perform well in the said show.

Happyface Entertainment added that DreamCatcher is doing this to show the members' different side. The agency further explained that with this, it will allow them to show their "individual charms" as well. It also stated that another reason why the girl group joined the show is to make themselves known even more.

In addition, the label guaranteed the DreamCatcher fans that joining "MIX NINE" will not affect the group's projects in the future no matter what the result will be. Happyface Entertainment continued and revealed details on the South Korean girl band's upcoming projects. The agency shared that girls are already working on their new album. The group's agency also expressed its regret for the late announcement.

Furthermore, it also apologized for the confusion it caused the fans. Additionally, members of 24K, KNK, and ONF have confirmed joining the show.
