The baddest female K-pop star is back. This time, she will be taking part in an American movie. The former 2NE1 member was tapped to sing in the official soundtrack of "My Little Pony: The Movie".

It has been a long time since the fans last heard and saw CL sing on stage. Now, it looks like the K-pop star will be showcasing her talent in the western part of the world even more. According to Billboard, the news broke out after the soundtrack to "My Little Pony: The Movie" was released through Apple Music.

It turns out that CL is a part of the said album. The singer-songwriter's song, "No Better Feelin'," is in fact 11th in the record. This marks the former 2NE1 member's first solo single after her song, "Lifted," was revealed in 2016.

CL participating in an American movie is not quite a surprise at all. Fans of the baddest K-Pop star know that she has been paving her way through American music for three years now. She even got a chance to work with Skrillex, Diplo, Black Eyed Peas, Method Man, and Lil' Yatchy. She was also holding a tour until her group, 2NE1, disbanded.

Additionally, aside from CL, Sia also played a part in the movie's soundtrack with the song, "Rainbow." Lukas Graham, DNCE, and Rachel Platten lend their voices as well to make the world of "My Little Pony: The Movie" even more colorful. The movies cast, of course, sang a song as well.

Emily Blunt, Zoe Saldana, Kristin Chenoweth, and Taye Diggs' voices were also featured on the movie's soundtrack. Watch out for CL as well as the other cast members' voice once "My Little Pony: The Movie" hits the big screen. The said American movie is set to premiere on October 6 in US theaters.
