GOT7's JB & Jinyoung To Make Epic Comeback As JJ Project On July 31

JYP Entertainment has another reason for getting you excited about #GOT7 and it has nothing to do with the seventh season of the epic HBO series "Game of Thrones." The label announced that GOT7 members JB and Jinyoung are making a comeback as the JJ Project and the collaboration promises to be epic.

According to Soompi, fans are already excited for the return of the JJ Project, a play on the initials of both JB and Jinyoung's names. It can be recalled that the two GOT7 members way back in 2012 with the track "Bounce" before GOT7's actual debut.

Based on the announcement made by JYP Entertainment, pre orders for the album "Verse 2" will open on July 17. Track cards for the album will be released in pairs starting July 22 until the 24th. Teaser images for JB will release on July 25 while Jinyoung's will come out a day after on July 26.

JJ Project's teaser will come out on July 27 while the MV teaser will release on July 28. To drum up, even more, excitement about the album, an album spoiler will be released on the 29th but fans have to wait for an extra day before the official MV release on July 31 together with a showcase, a photo exhibition, and photo essay.

Early in the year, GOT7 released their successful comeback album "Flight Log: Arrival" and made it to the Billboard World Albums Chart for the fourth time. They also invaded four cities in Australia for their global fan meet in addition to their appearances in music shows and their concert series in Thailand which made them the first K-pop idol group to hold shows in all four key cities. GOT7 has also been added to the final lineup of acts for KCON 2017 in Los Angeles, California which will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center and Staples Center on Aug. 18-20, Billboard reported.
