This Is 'Suspicious Partner' Star Ji Chang Wook's Gift Before He Says Goodbye

The last episode of "Suspicious Partner" aired on SBS on July 13, Thursday. After the end of the TV series, the lead actor, Ji Chang Wook, will have to say goodbye to his fans as he is set to start his mandatory military training.

Before Ji enlists in the army on Aug. 14, he will give his fans a little farewell gift. He will have a concert on July 22 at Olympic Hall in Seoul, which is also a part of his celebration of being in this industry for a decade.

After debuting in 2008, Ji has been working nonstop for the past 10 years. He is holding a concert before his mandatory military training to repay the love of his fans and give them an experience they will never forget, his agency Glorious Entertainment said in a statement obtained by Xports News.  

For Ji's basic military training, he will have at a boot camp in Cheorwon, Gangwon Province, Glorious Entertainment confirmed in a statement obtained by Yonhap News. The agency asked for the support and encouragement of the "Suspicious Partner" star's fans that he can come back deeper and more mature.

In "Suspicious Partner," Ji played a prosecutor in the Sunho District Prosecutors Office who ended up switching professions to private attorney. His fellow main cast members on the SBS show were Nam Ji Hyun, Choi Tae Joon and Kwon Na Ra.  

The first TV series Ji starred in was "You Stole My Heart." He played Lee Phillip in the TV series, which aired on KBS2 in 2008.

In 2009, Ji starred in another KBS2 series. He played Song Mi Poong in "My Too Perfect Sons."

From 2009 to 2010, Ji played Park Jun Hyeong in the MBC series "Hero." He played Carl Laker/Dong Hae in the KBS1 series "Smile Again" from 2010 to 2011.

Before "Suspicious Partner," Ji also starred in "Warrior Baek Dong-soo," "Bachelor's Vegetable Store," "Five Fingers," "Empress Ki," "Healer," "The Whirlwind Girl 2" and "The K2." As a singer, his most recent single was "100 Reasons Why I Like You" from the soundtrack of "Suspicious Partner."
