‘Shadowhunters’ Season 2 Spoilers: Jace To Encounter Worse Things, Maia Moment To Recur
Beloved characters in the TV adaptation of Cassandra Clare's "Mortal Instruments" book series will face more challenges in upcoming "Shadowhunters" Season 2 episodes. Latest spoiler news teased of Jace's (Dominic Sherwood) difficult journey ahead and the aftermath of his sexy rendezvous with Maia (Alisha Wainwright).
Jace will have a tough time traversing through the challenges that he will face in "Shadowhunters" Season 2. In a recent interview with TVLine, Dominic Sherwood shared how the said series' writers told him that his character will experience worse things "before it gets better."
However, it appears that Jace will not enjoy any reprieve in upcoming "Shadowhunters" Season 2 episodes. Having completed all the filming activities for the Freeform series' current season, the actor commented that his character's personal life did not get better. Moreover, the said production's writing team have yet to identify when Jace will finally enjoy a happy life and even shared that things will continue getting worse for Sherwood's character.
Apart from Jace's challenging journey in "Shadowhunters" Season 2, Sherwood also teased that viewers will soon see some sexy times between Jace and Maia although their relationship will not turn romantic. He explained, "That's not what either of them want, and they both know that. There's been an attraction since they met, but nothing above physical."
Meanwhile, Sherwood shared his thoughts about Sebastian (Will Tudor) and the said character's true personality. The actor told Entertainment Weekly that viewers already saw Sebastian's dark side in a recent "Shadowhunters" Season 2 episode where he had a human hidden as a hostage inside his closet. Describing Sebastian as a "very, very bad man," Sherwood even stated that the said character is a "frightening" individual and a "crazed maniac."
