Nintendo E3 2017: ‘Metroid Samus,’ Everything To Know About

Surprises are in for the people who are into gaming and lots of it, it seems as reported by the new installation of the Nintendo gaming series, the gamers are definitely going to be brought back to the basics of this series with some major updates, "Metroid: Samus" Returns will bring players back to its origins.

All was disclosed when Daniel Orehuela from the Nintendo Treehouse stopped by GameSpot's E3 2017 Stage and gave out an in-depth look at the upcoming 3DS game. It seems that this upcoming remake of the 1991 Gameboy game, "Metroid II: Return of Samus,"  as "Samus Returns" is also coming in, with a lot of added 2017 upgrades like a new audio, 3D elements, new abilities and game mechanics, and obviously redesigned graphics in full color.

That's not all as it is only the start, there is a specialized aiming system designed by developer MercurySteam. "Samus" can now, aim in 360 degrees, it also makes the line of sight up to the intended target red so that it's easy for the players to aim and shoot, not just that but another new combat dynamic is melee counters, reports Tell Me More.

The aim is to provide the gamers of the original Metroid II, it's a goal that Samus Returns with that is to add an extra challenge to the game. Orehuela told GameSpot that the new touches bring the needed modern touches into the game, making it interesting for the player. There are much more such exciting and thrilling add-ons to this new installment.


"Metroid: Samus Returns" is due out September 15. During the announcement for its E3 yesterday, the company also announced the launch of another game Metroid Prime 4 that will be touching down the gaming screens sometime in the near future. Well, that definitely adds to more excitement around for all the gamers out there.
