Meizu E2 ‘Transformers Edition’ Now Available For Sale
Chinese company Meizu introduced its Meizu E2 smartphone earlier this year in April. Now, it appears like the company after working on a special edition of the smartphone, has finally made it available for sale. As can be recalled, the company was rumored to be working on a special edition of Meizu E2 smartphone dubbed, 'Meizu E2 Transformers Edition.' The company has reportedly started the sale of the same in several markets.
According to a report published by Android Headlines, the recently-launched 'Meizu E2 Transformers Edition,' is similar and different from the original Meizu E2 smartphone in many ways. First off, the device sports a matte black finish - that is essentially missing in the original version. Moreover, the former flaunts a savvy Autobot logo located on the rear panel along with the text, 'Transformers,' written on the same. Apart from this, the front panel of the smartphone is quite similar to the original Meizu E2. The phone, however, features a customized design on the back with the black and blue interface. As for the specifications, they remain the same on 'Meizu E2 Transformers Edition.'
According to a report published by Gizmo China, the Meizu E2 smartphone features a 5.5-inch full HD display (1,920 x 1,080-pixel resolution) and is further powered by MediaTek Helio P20 SoC. The device goes on to offer 4GB of RAM along with 64GB of internal storage. The device runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Yun OS skin atop. The Meizu E2 further houses 3,400mAh battery. On the camera front, the smartphone is equipped with a 13MP rear camera along with an 8MP front snapper for selfie lovers. Connectivity-wise, the Meizu Z2 smartphone offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, and a dual-SIM ability. The device comes in three different color variants including Black, Moonlight Silver and Champagne Gold. The price of the smartphones starts at approximately 1,299 Yuan ($188).
