Nomad Wallet Charger Price Revealed; Release Date Announced!
Nomad Wallet, a portable charger that looks like a simple wallet will soon be available for iPhone users.
The Nomad Wallet has a hidden 2,400mAh battery inside it. It can charge an iPhone 6 and older versions to a full 100 percent using the 3 inches lightning cable, according to Slash Gear.
The company is said to have used an advanced SoC microprocessor to fit the battery into the wallet, as they want to achieve a minimalist design that meets the user's everyday lifestyle, according to Tech Times.
The charger is designed to look like normal wallet with a size of 4.9 inches by 3.7 inches and 0.98 inches thick. It has six credit card compartment together with a space for cash and other bills, according to Phone Arena.
The over-all wallet exterior is made out of "high crush strength aluminum casing, high strength polycarbonate end caps and black saffiano leather," according to Nomad's website.
The lightning cable will only be available for purchase from the Apple Store as announced by Nomad to ensure the good quality of the product. The company has tested several Nomad Wallet prototypes for hot and cold surroundings before its official release.
The Nomad Wallet's pre-order period is still ongoing for a discounted price of $79.99 in comparison to the retail price of $99.99. The item's shipping release will start on Nov.15 and will sell for its original price that is still left unknown.
The product will be available at Best Buy stores. Consumers who will order more than $75 in the United States will avail the free shipping as well as the other customers around the world with $150 worth of purchase will also have the same benefit, according to Tech Times.
The wallet is tested and proven to pass Airport security detectors and passed the battery quality standards for portable chargers. The largest 500-euro bill in the world was tested to fit into the wallet, according to Nomad's Website.
