T.O.P.'s agency, YG Entertainment has made an official statement regarding the former's drug scandal. It appears like the agency took to online social media platform to address this issue.

According to a report published by Allkpop, YG Entertainment said that they are bowing their heads down in an effort to issue a public apology to all those who were left disappointed and hurt by the shameful situation created by T.O.P. They further went on to affirm the fact that T.O.P. had lost his consciousness in the dorm when the Seoul Police fourth Squad discovered him back on June 6th. Following which, T.O.P. was moved to the Seoul Ewha University Mokdong Hospital emergency room wherein he is still being cared for in the intensive care unit. They further added by saying that they wish that T.O.P. recovers as soon as he possibly can.

What's interesting to note is that YG Entertainment even went ahead to take all the blame for this situation. They were reported to be saying that they accept the fact that they weren't able to live up to the expectations of the fans and that they are willing to take criticism with a heavy heart as well. They added by saying that they will try their best to ensure that such a shameful act never takes place again.

To recall, and as reported by Mothership, Big Bang's T.O.P. was discovered unconscious last week which turned out to be due to a drug overdose. Following which, the superstar singer was rushed to the hospital immediately. He has apparently been expelled from his military enlistment service as of now and his court hearing is going to take place soon as well. Fans are disappointed over the fact that he would do something of this manner.
