Ever since iOS had its major revamp 4 years ago with iOS 7, Apple fans are still longing for a proper iPhone dark mode. Now that we're at iOS 11, did Apple just granted one of its community's biggest wishes? Let's find out!

The iPhone community has long been requesting for a dark mode for their phones for quite some time now. Back in March 2016, Apple made its first attempt to answer these queries with a new iOS update but still seem to miss the mark.

iOS 9.3 was Apple's first try in solving this issue. With a new Night Shift mode introduced with the update, the user will now have the capability to change their iPhone's display to a warmer tint. Thus, lessening strain to the human eye at night.

Nonetheless, it was considered by many as a disappointment. As months have passed and YouTube videos showing jailbroken iPhones feature a true dark mode on their devices, rather than just tinkering with the iPhone's display temperature, had left people puzzled why Apple has not found a way to apply the same solution with its official iOS update.

And more than a year later, here we are at the beta version of iOS 11. In less than 24 hours since its announcement, people have discovered that Apple seemed to have finally got the iPhone Dark Mode right.

So, here's how you turn your iPhone into Dark Mode for iOS 11 beta according to Business Insider. First, go into Settings, then General, Accessibility, Display Accommodations, and Inverted Colors. Here's another way for you to tweak your iPhone into Dark Mode(only for iOS 11 beta):
