SISTAR’s Last Song As A Band, Releases Today

Popular band SISTAR has reportedly released a new teaser video to their, what is believed to be, the last song as the group together. The band on 29th May took to the online platform to launch the MV teaser for their upcoming song, "Lonely." The song reportedly features footage from their film-shooting in Macau.

According to a report published by Soompi, SISTAR is preparing to make comeback by the end of this month with their speculated song, 'Lonely' which is produced by Black Eyed Pilseung. They have started the promotions of the song and users can even get access to teaser images on various social media platforms.

As reported recently, earlier this year SISTAR  made an announcement stating that they are disbanding the group after their last song releases. After working together for a total of seven years, the Korean band has finally decided to call it quits.

According to a report published by Pop Crush, SISTAR  which comprises of four members first shot to fame after their official debut with 'Push Push' back in 2010. Following which, the band dropped their first LP called 'So Cool' in 2011. However, it appears like the group will now going their separate ways from now onwards.

The band's agency, Starship Entertainment even made an official statement regarding this. They took to the online forum by stating that they wanted to thank the fans for supporting SISTAR for seven years. However, due to irreconcilable differences, the band has decided to end their seven-year-long promotions as a group with their last album which will launch on May 31st. All four members of the group including Hyolyn, Bora, Dason, and Soyou have penned individual letters to all those fans who are left heart-broken after this particular news.
