BMW 8 Series To Ditch Self-Driving Tech Feature
There have been several reports in the recent past that have all indicated towards automaker BMW's intentions to be adding new technology to its much-talked about BMW 8 series. Surprisingly and much to the contrary of the on-going news reports, the upcoming BMW 8 series is not going to come equipped with a self-driving technology. This has disappointed many of the fans expecting the new car series to come with autonomous driving.
According to reports, the BMW 8 series is most popularly recognized as being one of the most luxurious of the collections offered by the automaker. Moreover, the value of the vehicle had greatly improved when several rumors indicating that the vehicle might come equipped with self-driving technology started emerging online. However, it turns out these rumors were merely rumors and nothing more.
On a separate note, Senior Vice President of BMW Group Design, Adrian van Hooydonk was recently heard boasting about the BMW 8 series that is expected to be introduced in the auto market by the start of 2018. He was heard saying that the upcoming BMW series is going to take on a full-blooded high-end driving machine while also delivering to the expectations of those wishing for a luxurious car as well. According to him, the BMW 8 series is nothing but a slice of pure automotive fascination.
According to previous reports, the BMW 8 Series is going to come featuring an aluminum and carbon fiber dense structure and will also be featuring an almost similar design as its two-door 7 Series as well. The BMW 8 series embarks a design that reflects the elegance and the designs, even though aren't sporting a lot of change, have certainly managed to stand out in the market.
