Oppo R11 Release Date, News & Update: Color Variants, Dual Cameras Leaked, Thanks To GFXBench; Android 7.11 Nougat Device’s OS
Oppo R11 is the newest smartphone of the company's R-series that is expected to hit the tech market soon. Leaked images provide a glimpse of what the device offers, including the design and other details.
Oppo R11 Comes In Three Different Colors
The leaked image of Oppo R11 suggests that the new smartphone will come in gold, rose gold and standard black color variants. Incidentally, a 20-second TV commercial ad also reveals the same three colors. Meantime, there seems to be no provision of a fingerprint scanner at the rear portion, which could mean that the said feature will likely be placed in the home button.
Oppo R11 was also listed on the GFXBench database, which hints at a number of specs and features to be expected. Based on the listing, the new device carries a 5.5-inch display with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. Under the hood, Oppo R11 is reported to be powered by 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm ARMv8 processor paired with Qualcomm Adreno 510 GPU, including 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory.
Moreover, Oppo R11 is also seen to run Android 7.11 Nougat and include a digital compass, Bluetooth, WiFi, accelerometer, GPS, gyroscope, barometer and light sensor. Meantime, the leaked details have not been confirmed by Oppo yet, Go Android reported.
Oppo R11 Grainy Commercial Reveals Dual Cameras
In a grainy TV ad of Oppo R11, the new smartphone is seen to focus on photography with the inclusion of a dual-camera feature on the rear. Reports also suggest that the feature will be complemented by a 20 MP front camera that sits above a 5.5 FullHD resolution display.
Meantime, there are speculations that Oppo R11 will likely be launched in Australia. The news came after the smartphone manufacturer released the R-series phones in the country, AusDroid reported.
