‘Batman: Arkham Knight’ PC Version Still Has Issues; Refunds Offered By Warner

Warner's "Batman: Arkham Knight" PC version is still having issues despite the fixes, according to Gamespot, thus the company's decision to give refunds to those who want it.

A few days ago, Warner was proud to announce that the PC version of the game is finally being released. Despite that, there were still some issues of the game and the company confirms that. Those that have purchased the game and waited for the re-release were given free games, the past titles of the game series like "Batman: Arkham Asylum" and "Batman: Arkham City" for instance.

Today, "Batman: Arkham Knight" PC version is once again having problems. The gamers have continuously complained of the issues and now Warner Bros. has announced an unconditional refund program for those who want their cash back, according to sources.

Some game websites have described the re-release as a disappointment. PC owners who do not have a graphics card that isn't at least 4 GB of VRAM will have problems along the way, according to PCMag.

"We are very sorry that many our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight," said the Warner Bros. in their full statement. "We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues."

"Until the end of 2015, we will be offering a full refund on Batman: Arkham Knight PC, regardless of how long you have played the product," continued the statement. "You can also return the Season Pass along with the main game (but not separately). For those of you that hold onto the game, we are going to continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix."

"Batman: Arkham Knight" is still available for purchase for the PC, according to Cinemablend. Warner Bros. assure the buyers that they will still fix the problems along the way.
