Samsung Unveils Its New Galaxy Note 7

Samsung recently launched its Galaxy S8 flagship smartphone, garnering much success. Fortunately, the fans seem to have forgotten most of what happened last year, given the Note 7 fiasco. Now that the company has moved on too, they appear to be focusing on their upcoming ventures. Chiefly, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and several reports have indicated that the company has already begun on the device and it is speculated to arrive by the end of 2017.

The South-Korean tech giant reportedly made a statement, thereby confirming the Galaxy Note 8 smartphone. The company confirmed that they were working a new flagship smartphone but did not name the device but it is speculated that this device will be Samsung Galaxy Note 8. As for the specifications, Samsung hasn't made any official comments yet.

One such report revealed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 smartphone may be slimmer than its predecessor and will sport an even larger screen than its previously launched Galaxy S8 Plus. The flagship might feature 4K display and Harman Kardon speakers.

The screen size may limit to around 6.4-inches. A dual rear camera setup is also expected in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 8 smartphone. In fact, as per a report published by 9to5Mac quotes KGI Securities analyst as stating that the dual camera setup will be a strong contender to Apple's iPhone 7 Plus too, which is also reported to come with a dual rear camera setup.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8's primary feature will be its iris scanning and facial recognition technology. It will apparently pack the same technology which comes with Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus devices. There is a high possibility that Samsung may end up announcing the Galaxy Note 8 smartphone at IFA trade show. However, nothing has been verbally confirmed by the company yet. Therefore, it remains to be seen what works out.
