iPhone 8 Release Date

iPhone 8 has been rumored to come with exciting features since the iPhone 7 was announced last year. However, recent reports regarding the details of the new iPhone 8 are expected to bring a bit of disappointment to the huge fan base of iPhone.

iPhone 8 Release Date Is Postponed

The highly awaited iPhone 8 release date will be delayed. According to reports, the 10th anniversary iPhone model will be released after a month or two. Further reports suggest that the delayed launch is due to supply restrictions, indicating that iPhone 8 is unlikely to hit the market until after one or two months. To compensate for the delay, meantime, Apple is rumored to release three smartphones in September.

iPhone 8, meanwhile, is expected to feature a new front camera with 3D face mapping ability, including a dual-camera setup that works through an infrared sensor. Reports suggest that this iPhone 8 technology can be used for security purposes and deeper AR filters and masks. Incidentally, a fingerprint scanner under an OLED was among the key concepts that Samsung was developing while creating the new Galaxy S8, but was not put into use, Cetureon reported.

iPhone 8 Leak Suggests Wireless Charging

An iPhone 8 leak indicates a likely wireless charging feature will be used in the next iPhone. Based on the image, the new phone comes with a rounded surface at the back, suggesting a conductive surface for charging.

iPhone 8 leaked image also indicates that both cameras on the back will be oriented vertically, and the flash sits in the middle. Meantime, the headphone jack is clearly coming back as shown at the bottom of the phone, Tech Crunch reported. Check out iPhone 8 here:
