In an interview with Tech Crunch, Craig Federighi, Apple's Senior Vice President of Software Engineering stated that the "Pro" aspect in Mac Pro 2018 will be designed for Apple's power users. Besides, the executive even mentioned the system's software capabilities in the VR and AR aspects which are the core focus for cinema production companies.
When it comes to iMac desktop computers, virtual reality for Mac Pro 2018 will be a revolutionizing change. Craig even described some important information on how the VR headset will support the system and the advantages cinema production companies are going to receive from this innovative step.
Besides, VR headsets, the company is even planning to provide AR experience to the users. The company is even rumored to develop a hardware that will offer a "Pokemon Go" like experience to the users. Although Craig Federighi didn't reveal any further details of Mac Pro 2018, he stated that the users won't have to expect their upcoming system soon.
