Starbucks Unveils Dragon and Pink Pegasus Frappuccinos

After the Unicorn Frappuccino craze, Starbucks is now adding 2 more special, sugar-rich drinks to their secret menu - Dragon Frappuccino and Pink Pegasus Frappuccino. Sales of the Unicorn beverage hit big, even though consumers were quick to point out that the colorful drink looked better than it tasted.

That's not stopping Starbucks from making another limited-release drink, though. According to People, the Dragon Frap is "said to be made with a mix of a green tea Frappuccino, vanilla bean powder and a berry swirl." Though it's not an official drink, people can make the special request to the barista.

A Starbucks spokesman told Bustle, "If customers want to order a beverage that is not listed on our menu boards, we recommend they know the recipe so that their barista can handcraft the beverage perfectly for them."

Another follow-up drink is the Pink Pegasus Frappuccino, which is exclusively served at a Starbucks near Downtown Disney. The drink is named after the mythical creature in Disney's Hercules. Like the Dragon Frappuccino, the Frappuccino was concocted after Starbucks ran out of Unicorn ingredients. The Pink Pegasus is a mix of raspberry and white mocha flavors.

While the Unicorn Frappuccino is reportedly no longer available, Dragon and Pink Pegasus still are, but remain elusive. Starbucks in Downtown Disney claimed it's a store exclusive, but Instagrammers showed that they were able to purchase the pink beverage in other Starbucks branches.

A Starbucks in Seattle vehemently denied that they were serving the Dragon Frappuccino.  It didn't exist, they said. "People have been asking about it since yesterday but it's fake." They added, "There's no secret menu. We would never create anything that made us more work."

So where exactly do we find the Dragon Frappuccino? There's no specific answer yet. If you really want one, you may go to your local Starbucks and ask the barista if they can make you a customized one if the local branch doesn't sell any. However, keep in mind that they have the right to deny your special request.
