According to the description, "Arrow" Season 5, Episode 20 showcases massive relationship drama. Oliver and Felicity find themselves stuck together in an unusual situation. They find themselves trapped in a bunker and spend a lot of time together. The upcoming episode focuses on Oliver and Felicity's relationship. Meanwhile, the show sheds light on Lyla and Diggle's marital problems.

The episode titled "Underneath" is expected to answer some unanswered questions about the former couple and their breakup. In an interview with TV Line, actor Stephen Amell, who plays the role of Oliver Queen, promised to deal with the consequences of their break-up.
"They never really had a full-on discussion or exploration of why that breakup happened. Felicity just sort of reached her breaking point and walked out the door," he said.
