The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 Image On The Listing Could Be Fake
Based on reports, the rendered image of Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is only a "mockup" given the fact that the phablet manufacturer is unlikely to develop a device with a face made entirely of its display. According to the listing, the supposed Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 has no bezels, but all screen, not the mention the lack of a front camera, which is hard to believe since front cams have been standard features on phablets and smartphones for years.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, meantime, is also believed to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 processor. Incidentally, the only device that uses the latest Qualcomm processor is Samsung Galaxy S8 because it has exclusive rights to the chipset.
Meanwhile, Xiaomi Mi Mix is also expected to come with 4GB of RAM and 128GB ROM version. Reports suggest that the device that is supposed to be available at GearBest comes in White and Black models. Moreover, the phablet will run on MIUI 9 atop Android 7.1 and may have a 6.4-inch display, Game Sinners reported.
