Microsoft New Firmware Updates To Surface Book & Surface Pro 4, Available For Creators Update Only

Microsoft issued new updates to their latest surface device. Both the Microsoft Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 received the new set of a firmware update, which is now available for the device users.

These new firmware updates are already out, however, exclusive only for those Microsoft Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 devices installed the Creators update. As the source noted, you will only see these updates if you installed the Creators Update.

Both sets of firmware updates actually include the same changes in the Microsoft Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 devices; Surface driver update for Surface System Aggregator: Resolves screen brightness issue when devices come out of sleep, Surface driver update for Surface Integration: Adjusts system Hibernation defaults and Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) Precise Touch Device: Improves system stability.

For now, it seems that only the Microsoft Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 are the only Surface device to have an update for this month. In the other news, a recent study conducted for tablet users says the Microsoft Surface devices, like the latest Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 edged out the Apple's iPads for the first time ever this 2017. The study shows the scores of the three leading brands from the survey to the satisfied users.

Samsung tablets score 84.7, Apple's iPads scores 84.9 and Microsoft Surface scores 85.5. According to J. D. Power, who conducted the study, users are most satisfied with the stylus, physical keyboard, and other Microsoft accessories. The study takes place before the new update released for the Microsoft Surface Book and Surface Pro 4.
