Artist Kwanghee admitted he doesn't get to hang out with G-Dragon because of the latter's busy schedule, but he insisted they're still close friends. He even revealed how G-Dragon made his visit to Jeju Island memorable. The Big Bang star didn't get to go with him but still managed to show just how much he cared for his friend.

Kwanghee talked about his memorable trip to Jeju Island during his guest appearance Wednesday on MBC's "Radio Star," according to Soompi. The guest shared how he told G-Dragon that he's going to his café in Jeju Island hoping to get a free meal. G-Dragon did not only give him a free meal on a lounge with a view, he also surprised the former ZE:A member with a free food tour on the island. Kwanghee said he was taken to a car and then around "really expensive" restaurants with great food and didn't even have to pay a thing.

The 28-year-old Big Bang leader also used text messages to show just how much he cared for his same-age friend. Kwanghee shared during MBC's "Infinite Challenge" special episode "2016 Muhan Company" a text message from the senior K-Pop idol that he kept because of how much it touched him. G-Dragon initiated the text messages and wrote, "Don't feel burdened about what others say and keep fighting. I'm sorry I haven't kept in touch with you very often due to such busy schedules, but I'm always here rooting for you."

He also advised Kwanghee to "stand up straight and dignified," to continue doing his job with confidence and even motivated him more by telling him he's a "really funny guy" and "doing really well." Kwanghee became friends with Big Bang members G-Dragon and Taeyang when they joined forces as a trio during the "Infinity Challenge" 2015 music festival.
