‘Total War: Warhammer’ Release Date Announced; High King Edition Revealed!

"Total War: Warhammer" release date has been officially announced. The game will be launched on April 28, 2016 and it will only be for the PC, according to Gear Nuke.

In the past, Sega announced that "Total War: Warhammer" will have many hours of gameplay. The game will also have two expansion packs in the future.

"Total War: Warhammer" will have the four playable core races which are the Orks, Dwarfs, Empire, and the Undead, according to PC Gamer.

Sega and The Creative Assembly, game publisher and developer, have revealed that preorders will receive the Chaos Warriors Race Pack if it is from chosen participating stores. The pack will contain three new playable Legendary Lords. This pack will let you choose the corrupted and powerful Chaos Warriors for the campaign, according to Gamespot.

"Featuring unique new mounts, bloodthirsty units, and monstrous creatures, this Race Pack also brings with it a brand new, narrative-driven quest chain for each Legendary Lord, and an armory of twisted and cursed magic items," according to the press release of the game publisher and developer.

There will be three versions of the game, according to IGN. The first version will be the standard edition of the game. This will only have the game. The second version will be the Limited Edition which comes with a steelbook with the game and also a strategy guide which is printed so that it can help you out.

The third version of the game is the Collector's Edition or the High King Edition. This version will have a case that is a replica of the Book of Grudges from the "Warhammer" lore, according to sources. The other collectible items along with it are a Whetstone Pendant, a Grudge Ring, a Dwarfen Drinking Horn and Stand, an Integrated Art Book, a Canvas Map, the guide, the steelbook, and the Chaos Warriors Race Pack. These editions will be available on "Total War: Warhammer" release date which is on April 28, 2016.
