Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro Release Date: Galaxy C7 Pro Successor Brings 64GB Internal Memory, 16MP F/B Cam, 2600mAh Battery Power
Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro has finally launched. The highly talked about Galaxy phablet arrives two months following the launch of the Galaxy C7 Pro, making the latest Samsung product the smaller version of its predecessor.
The new Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro is a dual-sim enabled device featuring a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display, with a 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution, and runs on an Android Nougat OS. Reports indicate that the phablet's processor is powered by a Snapdragon 625 chipset. As for the camera features, the new Samsung device will have a 16MP front and back cameras.
Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro also comes with a 64GB internal storage as well as 4GB of RAM, including a microSD slot that holds up to 256GB external storage. A fingerprint sensor is also reported to be mounted on the front, an FM radio and a small but sufficient battery life with 2600mAh power. In addition, the new phablet will come in three color variants - Maple Leaf, Lake Blue and Powder Rose.
Meantime, Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro is expected to hit the market this March, although it is still unclear if the device will be made available to the international market. The new Samsung product has just become live on the company's Chinese website, where details regarding the features and specs of the latest device are discussed, NDTV reported.
In other news, Samsung Galaxy S8 release date has been pushed back amidst speculations of a UK price increase. Incidentally, the new smartphone is set to release on March 29 at a media event in London, as confirmed by Samsung.
Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus are reported to be available to purchase a week later than expected. This means that the highly awaited devices will be available on April 28.
