"Star Wars Episode 8: The Last Jedi" is without a doubt one of the highly anticipated featurettes slated to be released this 2017 as most of the fans muse about Luke Skywalker's (Mark Hamill) part in the next film. Recent reports are now suggesting that the first ever dialogue of the long lost Jedi may have been spilled by folks who got to see the teaser trailer first.

On March 8, Disney held its shareholder's meeting in Burbank, California where the company's CEO, Bob Iger, took the chance in showing to the attendees a glimpse of "The Last Jedi." The trailer allegedly featured a continuation of the final scene in "Episode 7" where Rey (Daisy Ridley) can be seen handing over a lightsaber to Luke.

Moreover, those who were present during the event also witnessed what could be the first words to be uttered by Luke in "The Last Jedi." Those who were lucky enough to see the teaser stated that Luke was heard asking the scavenger from Jakku, "Who are you?"

Such news was even tweeted by LA Times' Daniel Miller as he is one of the journalists who are at the said Disney earning's call. The footage - that is also set to be unveiled at the upcoming Star Wars Celebration this April, also featured the likes of Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew), Finn (John Boyega), and Princess Leia who was portrayed by the late Carrie Fisher, according to NME. Finn, on the other hand, is said to be spying within the First Order's mother ship as a scene of him wearing a First Order uniform was also spotted.

Meanwhile, the barely felt antagonist - Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie) will be making a comeback in "The Last Jedi" as film producer Kathleen Kennedy confirmed it. Kennedy even deemed the female executioner as one of the key characters in the upcoming film and added that they have other plans for her, Screen Rant reported.

Albeit the scarcity of images, Phasma in "The Last Jedi" is rumored to be donning a spear instead of her penchant blaster rifle. Rumor mills also speculate that the said weapon tweak is to give the character's expected action figure some nifty accessory rather than a seminal part during battle. "Star Wars Episode 8" is all set for a Dec. 15, 2017 release.
