Intel's new Kaby Lake processores are expected to be included in the Microsoft Surface Pro 5

Fans of the top hybrid gadgets couldn't get any more excited as it will release its new flagship devices this year. Two of these are Microsoft's Surface Pro 5 and Apple's iPad Pro 2. Although Apple has been on the top spot for a long time, Microsoft is set to unveil a device that is more worth choosing.

Unknown to many, Surface Pro devices, such as Surface Pro 4, has powerful processors that feature laptop-grade processors. This means that unlike Apple, it doesn't sport chips which are meant to work on mobile devices.
As Trusted Reviews reported, iPad Pro 2 is built with an A10x processor while Surface Pro 5 is furnished with Kaby Lake chops from the seventh generation of Intel. Using this as a basis, the site claimed that although the Apple was good, the i7-series chip is far more better.

Moreover, it only suggests that although iPad Pro 2 has its potential of becoming a good processor, its work rate could only be matched with mobile phones. However, because Surface Pro 5 uses high-quality processors, it can be comparable to a laptop and even PCs.

In addition, Apple has confirmed that its iPad Pro will still run using iOS while Surface Pro will use Windows 10. This is more advantageous as it is utilized by PCs and laptops that are more considered by buyers.
However, TechRadar reported that although Surface Pro 5 will run on Windows 10, its performance will not be as potent as the laptops and PCs. But still, iPad Pro 2 won't be able to outmatch the Surface Pro 5's performance.
But then again, both laptop will have an upgrade that will truly be beneficial for its users. Some reports suggest that iPad Pro will make use of a Smart Keyboard and Apple Pencil while Surface Pro 5 will make use of the same thing -- Surface Keyboard and Surface Pen, and the judgment? Microsoft has proven to have more edge.
These are just some of the reason why Microsoft's Surface Pro 5 is a better choice than the Apple iPad Pro 2. What do you think of this? Let us know your thoughts in the comment box below.
