Girls Generation's Seohyun revealed she hated the smell of cigarette so much that she once did this unthinkable thing just to make her dad quit smoking. Known as one of the purest and most righteous and innocent SM artists, Seohyun revealed she managed to get her father off the cigarettes right away by doing this unthinkable act.

The youngest Girls Generation member appeared on the latest episode of JTBC's "Knowing Bros" where she talked about how much she hated smoking. "I have hated the smell of cigarettes ever since I was young," Koreaboo quoted Seohyun as saying on the show.

She also shared an anecdote, "My dad smoked when I was younger and I hated it so much I ate his cigarettes. I put them all in my mouth and my dad quit after that he never smoked another cigarette." She concluded proudly, "That's how much I hate smoking."

Seohyun was anything but boring during the show when she shocked the MCs by her revelation that she used to date a celebrity who's now retired from the entertainment industry. MC Kang Ho Dong tried to pry into this past relationship but was quickly shut down by their guest that fellow MC Heechul declared Seohyun as one of the most boring SM idols, including Red Velvet's Irene.

"See, I told you," said Heechul, according to Koreaboo. "She's one of our agency's most boring people. She's exactly the same as Irene! We call them the "No-Fun Goddesses" because they're so boring but they're very pretty. That's why Lee Soo Man won't send them out on entertainment programs."

Tabloids and paparazzi also tried to tail Seohyun over her decade-long career but has yet to dig up any dirt on the artist. According to Koreaboo, Dispatch finally just gave up and declared Seohyun as scandal-free.
