Kim Woo Bin Attends Fan Meeting Wearing A Back Brace Due To Injury

Actor Kim Woo Bin made fans worry after he attended a fan meeting in Taiwan wearing a back brace due to a back injury.

The tall and dashing actor didn't skip his scheduled fan meeting in Taiwan even after hurting his back due to exercise.

The 27-year-old "Uncontrollably Fond" actor met with his fans Sunday during a fan meeting in Taiwan where he turned down fans' request to see his abs.

"I have back pains because I exercised too much, so I am wearing a brace," Koreaboo quoted Kim Woo Bin as saying.

He also wore a back brace which fans easily noticed and restricted his mobility. The actor revealed he can't even bend his waist because of the injury.

Fans naturally worried over the star's condition so his management agency Sidus HQ assured them that, "Kim Woo Bin is currently getting treatment for a back injury."

They added, "It is not serious. He has some back pains as part of this injury, but it is getting better."

The actor, who stands at 6'2" and began modeling at the age of 20, revealed he's gained a bit of weight now and that he's been skinnier in the past.

"I don't know if my metabolism has changed but now if I eat, I gain weight. I believe in exercising a lot while eating everything you want to eat," he said in an interview with KBS 2TV's "Entertainment Weekly" last year.

He easily considered his broad shoulders as his best asset and even noted that gym-goers only started at his shoulders that he's finally decided to work out at home.

He also revealed on SBS Power FM's "Cultwo Show" in 2015 that he used to go to a certain gym because of a trainer who developed his broad shoulders.

"When I was struggling, the coach helped me a lot. So I′ve has been going there since," explained Kim Woo Bin.

He added, "It got broad because of exercise. I did swim when I was young, but more than that, it′s all because of the coach."
