'Goblin' Actor Kim Min Jae Thinks Gong Yoo 'Is Perfect'

"Goblin" ended with a tear-jerking but happy finale but fans still can't get enough of the tvN's Friday-Saturday drama. Kim Min Jae who plays the role of the young Wang Yeo reveals how it was like to work with Gong Yoo and the rest of the cast in the drama.

In his interview with Tenasia he opened up on the part he played in the drama. As to his role as the young version of Wang Yeo, he commented that he was happy with his challenging role in the historical segments in "Goblin." He added that he always wanted to try a similar role and that filming the historical drama was a lot of fun. These experiences were far from what he normally did.

Talking and dressing up the way people did in the past made him feel as if he really during that period. He thinks that these things were the fun part about acting in a historical drama.

Aside from his entertaining experiences on set, he also opened up about working with the main lead Gong Yoo. He replied that it was "really burdensome having to act with a senior who just has everything." He added that he needed to pay close attention to his work to make sure that he did not commit any mistakes. 

Kim Min Jae had nothing but kind words and praises for Gong Yoo. According to him, his senior did everything well. "He's sexy and handsome but can also do cute. He's just perfect."

Goblin is a big hit not just in Korea but also abroad. The series creator Kim Eun Sook became quite popular after his work with "Descendants of the Sun" and "Heirs."

Eun Sook plans to take a three-month vacation before working on another drama. In an interview, "Goblin's" creator revealed that viewers might have a historical drama to look forward to by next year.
