5SOS Calum Hood To Leave Band For New Girlfriend? Nia Lovelis Accepts Bassist Having Sex With Fans On Tour?

The Australian band confirms news about the 5SOS third album through its social media account. Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford, Ashton Irwin and Calum Hood are working on a new material, according to the latest tweet.

The Aussie lads have released two full-length studio albums, the 5 Seconds of Summer and the Sounds Good Feels Good. Both of the materials have been successful.

Recently, the boys took a break after the 8-month long tour Sounds Live Feels Live. But the fans got excited after Clifford exclaimed that they will be making the 5SOS third album.

"This year has been an incredible one for us, and although it's not over yet we're looking forward to doing another tour again after we take some time off and write a new album," the 5SOS guitarist explained via Sugarscape months ago. "It's going to be a real opportunity to grow more as people and learn more about ourselves/the world."

To keep the hype flowing, the band's official Twitter account revealed their first picture inside the studio while working on the tracks. No sugarcoats, no subtle messages, indeed:

On the other hand, Billboard wrote that the 5SOS third album might have a different vibe. So far, the first two album sounds more like rock and roll.

This time, the boys might want to experiment on their tracks by adding more electronic effects in each song. The boys have done it before for the official Ghostbuster soundtrack Girls Talk Boys.

The boys have been teasing the 5SOS third album without giving away a major spoiler about it. But it appears that they might release the new material before the year ends.

5SOS rose to stardom after One Direction discovered their YouTube videos. The boys from the Land Down Under formed the band in 2011.
