The Crown Season 3

Avid viewers in all parts of the world are now speculating that "The Crown" Season 3 is happening. The well-loved series reaped several awards at the Golden Globes, pushing fans to believe that a third installment is a must-have.

Yahoo TV reported that "The Crown" Season 3 is totally possible to happen. Speaking to creator Peter Morgan, the news outlet has discovered that the biographical drama is totally getting renewed due to its high ratings and interesting plotline.

However, Peter Morgan has stated that "The Crown" Season 3 might not feature the same cast anymore. "At the end of Season 2, we will have to start thinking about a new cast. Our stars will have reached the limits of how long they can play this," the series creator has disclosed.

He, however, underscored that the team has yet to talk to Netflix about their plans in the upcoming "The Crown" Season 3. Peter Morgan made sure that fans will still be seeing more of the series in the years to come.

This is despite his revelation that writing a story about someone with long life is never easy and is dangerous as creators should make sure that the plot should keep the interest of its viewers. Peter Morgan revealed that the Suez Crisis will be tackled before "The Crown" Season 3 premieres.

Meanwhile, in a previous interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Peter Morgan has revealed that he is not yet ready to do "The Crown" Season 3. The series creator has stated he is not yet sure as to how he should continue the story of Queen Elizabeth.

Peter Morgan added he is afraid that Queen Elizabeth would critique his plotline so he needs to make it realistic as much as possible. No other official details regarding the release date and storyline of "The Crown" Season  3. So, stay tuned for more spoilers, news and updates!
