Kim Tae Hee Confirms Wedding And Plans On Having Children

Actress Kim Tae Hee confirmed the wedding bell news through her agency as she revealed her thoughts on having children as the best present.

The actress' management agency Lua Entertainment released a statement to confirm the news of her upcoming wedding to her boyfriend and popstar Rain after the latter made the wedding announcement on social media.

"They have been building their love and trust for each other and it has finally borne beautiful fruit," stated Lua Entertainment, according to Koreaboo.

The company echoed Rain's description of the wedding as something that would be a quiet and private ceremony in light of the political turmoil that's recently gripped South Korea.

They said, "It will be a quiet event with few people including their parents and family members. Their honeymoon has not been planned yet."

The couple, who have been dating for the past four years, will tie the knot in a Catholic church.

The 36-year-old beautiful actress might be the best present singer-actor Rain has ever received in his life but she considers having children as the best present of all.

Lua Entertainment said, "As for the most beautiful gift of all, their children, they plan to think about it slowly after the marriage."

Kim Tae Hee appeared in an episode last month on KBS' "The Return of Superman" as actor - and one of the "Supermans" on the show - Lee Beom Soo took his young children So Eul and Da Eul to see her. The actress looked pleasantly surprised to see the kids.

Lee Beom Soo then asked Kim Tae Hee her thoughts on having children.

"It was probably difficult for my parents, but I liked growing up with lots of siblings," she said. "In the past I wanted a son, but now I want a daughter that could become like a friend."
