'Powerless' Season 1: DC Comic Comedy Stars Vanessa Hudgens, Creator & Showrunner Ben Queen Exits, Battle Against Superhero-Villains On NBC

"Powerless" Season 1 is expected to hit the small screen on February 2, 2017 as scheduled despite the exit of its creator and showrunner Ben Queen. Starring Vanessa Hudgens as Emily Locke, the series will bring in super saving adventure of ordinary people against super-hero villains. The biggest battle of all time will be unleashed on the NBC network.

According to Gamenguide, "Powerless" Season 1 tells about the story of Emily Locke who has been transformed into a new superhero within the back drop of the DC comic universe. Emily works as the Director for Research and Development of Wayne Security. In the midst of the war between the super heroes and the villains, people are claiming insurance payments for the damages resulting from the war.

 "Powerless" Season 1's plot is uniquely situated in the lives of ordinary people who are surrounded by superheroes. According to Entertainment Weekly, Wayne Security is owned by the vigilante billionaire and technocrat Bruce Wayne the man behind the mask of Batman. Emily and her co-workers of Wayne, have engaged themselves in finding means to defeat the super-hero villains.

Vanessa Hudgens' character play a very crucial role in "Powerless" Season 1. She is at the center of the team and she makes sure that their work are done as scheduled.
