BTS News: V Reveals His Hardships as the First BTS Member to be an Actor

As BTS' V and the cast of "Hwarang: The Beginning" visit "High Cut" for a photo shoot for their December issue, an interview was held after. V reveals in the interview how hard it was for him to be the first member of their group to debut as an actor. He says he wouldn't have made it without the help of actor Park Seo Joon.

In the interview, BTS V admits acting was very difficult for him because it is his first time. But he shares he is very determined to work hard because he is the first one from BTS to debut as an actor. He says he has to do good because his acting skills can make or break the image of the group.

"My acting could better BTS' public image or make it worse..." V said. Good thing his co-actor, Park Seo Joon, was there to help him. V said he is very thankful of Seo Joon because he could do things he didn't think he could with his help.

Last February, Big Hit Entertainment has confirmed BTS' V joining the cast of "Hwarang: The Beginning" historical drama series for KBS 2TV. He used his real name in the series, Kim Tae Hyung and he will play the character of Hansung. His character is a kind and gentle man who wants nothing but peace and happiness to the people around him. However, things started to go wrong when his family and friends got into a serious conflict.

The series is scheduled to start on December 19 which is already next week and a pilot special on December 16. It will air every Monday and Tuesday at 22:00.  BTS' V is joined by Park Seo Joon, Go Ara, Park Hyung Sik, Choi Min Ho, Do Ji Han, Kim Hyun Joon and Jo Yoon Woo.
